Without Shaving

A hair transplant that keeps your hair.

For many women, the idea of shaving any part of the hair is simply unacceptable. Long Hair FUE was developed so that it is not required: grafts are taken and placed within the patient’s existing length, and the donor area stays visually intact throughout. The first step is an unhurried, doctor-led conversation — not a treatment plan.

Why It Feels Different

Why shaving is the barrier for most women.

Hair is closely tied to identity, styling, and confidence. Many women want to improve their hairline or density, yet continue to wait — because conventional options feel too visible and too disruptive.

01

Shaved patches are not an option

The thought of leaving a clinic with visibly shaved areas, however temporary, is enough for many women to abandon the idea entirely.

02

Recovery that invites questions

Redness, scabbing, and patchy regrowth after conventional procedures make discretion difficult.

03

A fear of looking unnatural

Women want a result that feels soft and believable. A harsh or obvious hairline is not acceptable.

04

Daily life cannot pause

Professional, social, and family commitments rarely allow for a visible interval to explain.

The Process

Four stages, one doctor throughout.

01

Private assessment

A confidential review of your hair-loss pattern, scalp, and donor area. Hair loss in women can have many causes, so diagnosis comes first. Early review can begin remotely.

02

A design for how you wear your hair

Datuk Dr. Inder plans placement around how you style and part your hair, so the result reads correctly in daily life.

03

Treatment day

Grafts are extracted individually between full-length hairs and placed personally by Datuk Dr. Inder. No area is shaved.

04

Review across the year

Growth is reviewed at three, six, and twelve months, with each stage assessed in person.

The iGraft Approach

Your length, kept throughout.

The defining principle of Long Hair FUE is that the patient’s own hair is not shaved — not at the donor area, and not where grafts are placed. It is a more technically demanding approach, requiring careful handling of long grafts and precise planning.

01

Donor area left intact

Grafts are taken selectively between full-length hairs, so the back and sides continue to read as untouched.

02

Hairline, temples, and part line

The method can be applied to the frontal hairline, the temples, and part-line density, depending on suitability.

03

Design visible on the day

Because transplanted hairs keep their length, the intended framing can be seen immediately as a Day 0 preview — a view of the design, not the final density.

04

Restraint over density

Female hairline work calls for a conservative approach. A result that is too dense or too straight reads as artificial.

05

Doctor-led, in private

  1. Designed and performed personally by Datuk Dr. Inder, in a setting calibrated for complete privacy throughout.

Familiarity During Recovery

A familiar appearance, throughout the process.

Where Long Hair FUE is the appropriate path, healing happens within the patient’s own preserved hair. Daily life continues with a familiar appearance — though aftercare, gentle handling, and realistic timelines remain part of the process.

01

Day 0

The procedure ends within preserved hair. The patient leaves looking essentially as she arrived — no shaved areas to conceal.

02

Days 3–7

Gentle aftercare and careful styling. Most routines resume within a few days, with surrounding hair concealing the treated areas.

03

Months 3–6

Temporary shedding of transplanted shafts is normal. New growth then establishes within the existing hair — gradually and at a realistic pace.

04

Month 12

The full result settles across roughly twelve months and is reviewed in person.

Who May Be Suitable

Not every woman with hair loss is a surgical candidate, and the responsible answer is often non-surgical guidance, medical referral, or a recommendation to wait and re-assess. Where Long Hair FUE is appropriate, suitability tends to follow a clear set of patterns.

01

Localised concerns

A widening part, temple thinning, or a high hairline, where surrounding density remains strong.

02

Preserved donor reserve

Stable density at the back and sides of the scalp, evaluated personally for length, calibre, and long-term reliability.

03

A settled pattern

Patterns that have stabilised, rather than active diffuse loss — which is rarely an appropriate moment for surgical work.

04

Realistic expectations

Women seeking subtle refinement with no visible interval — not a dramatic change.

Results

Change that stays entirely your own.

Outcomes are reviewed privately and discussed only in the context of the patient’s own face and styling. Results vary between individuals, and no specific outcome can be promised.

Frequently Asked

Considered questions.

The questions most often raised before a private assessment — answered with the same restraint as the practice itself.

01

Yes. Grafts are selected and extracted within your existing hair, leaving the surrounding length intact. There is no shaved donor area at any stage.

02

The method is designed to be discreet: surrounding hair conceals the treated areas while they heal. Some temporary redness or tenderness is still normal, and recovery varies between individuals.

03

No. Day 0 shows the intended framing because transplanted hairs keep their length. It is a visual preview only; the final result develops gradually over the following year.

04

No. Hair loss in women can have many causes, and not every type should be treated with transplantation. Suitability depends on the pattern, donor reserve, scalp, medical context, and stability of loss.

05

FUE avoids a long linear donor scar, but each extraction leaves a tiny round mark. When well planned, these are usually difficult to notice — particularly under longer hair — but no surgical procedure is completely scar-free.
